SHOP POLICIES--Please read this if you are going to make a purchase!
Please be advised that our online shop is a seasonal market. All items are available for a short period of time.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept visa, mastercard, american express. This is done securely via paypal.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
We respect your privacy and will not sell or distribute your name, email or shipping address.
All Canadian customers will be charged sales tax--it will be added to your total when you pay via paypal. We do not charge sale taxes to customers living outside of Canada, but please be aware when you receive your order you may be charged taxes and duties by your own country.
All items will be shipped using Canada Post. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order. You will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped out. All items will be shipped with a tracking number and with insurance. The cost is listed in the product listing.
If you don't see your country listed and you want to know shipping before you purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your address.
PLEASE NOTE: customers pay for any custom charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country.
We ship to your paypal address. If you require us to ship to a different address, please email the address to email@example.com. Please do this as soon as your order is placed.
We do our best to photograph the work but please keep in mind that the image colour may appear differently according to your monitor settings.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we can refund or exchange the item, please contact us within 2 business days - the item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition in which it was received with the tag attached. We only refund the price of the item, not for shipping. When an item is returned to us, we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit. You are responsible for the cost of shipping of a return and are responsible for any additional shipping (e.g if you want to exchange the item for something else).
If the item is damaged during postal transit, please contact us to file a claim with the post office. We will require a picture of the damage in order to make the claim. Please send us your claim within 2 business days after you receive your order
We are not responsible for any damage to the item if care instructions are not followed.
